Broken Bow- Ellen Roach age 76 died Saturday December 25, 2010 at the Golden Living Center in Broken Bow. Funeral services will be held Wednesday December 29, 2010 at 11:00 AM in Govier Bros. Mortuary in Broken Bow with Rev. Mark Stones officiating. Burial will be in the West Lawn Cemetery in Grand Island. Visitation will be held Tuesday December 28, 2010 8 AM to 8 PM at Govier Bros. Mortuary in Broken Bow. Memorials may be given to the Ellen Roach Memorial Fund. Ellen was born on October 13, 1934 in Greeley County to Karl and Minnie (Litchy) Janssen. She was married to Albert Roach. Ellen is survived by her children Michael Roach of Lexington, Jeff Roach of Broken Bow, Gary Roach of Broken Bow and Carolyn Lopez of Ravenna. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren and a brother Wayne Janssen of Grand Island. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Albert, a son Will, a brother Leonard and a sister Catherine.
