Lincoln, NE- Betty Brown age 90 of Lincoln formerly of Broken Bow died Tuesday May 24, 2011 at The Legacy in Lincoln, NE. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday June 1, 2011 at 10:30 AM at St. John’s Episcopal Church in Broken Bow with Rev. Mary Jane Gockley officiating. Burial will be in the Broken Bow Cemetery with Govier Bros. Mortuary of Broken Bow in charge of arrangements. Visitation will be held on Tuesday 8 AM to 8 PM at Govier Bros. Mortuary. Grace Elizabeth “Betty” Brown was born on December 26, 1920 at Sterling, CO to Carl C. and Grace S. (Jones) Holtorf. She was married to Paul Brown in 1941. Mr. Brown died in 1985. Betty is survived by her son Steve (Pam) Brown of Omaha, and daughter Polly (Gary) Hultquist of Sonoma, CA, a daughter in law Gloria Brown of Norfolk, NE, seven grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
