Forest "Jim" Fagan

Anselmo, NE- Forest “Jim” Fagan age 84 of Anselmo died Saturday February 18, 2012 at the Callaway District Hospital. Funeral services will be held on Saturday February 25, 2012 at 10:00 AM at St. Anselm’s Catholic Church in Anselmo with Father Jim Hunt officiating. Burial will be in the St. Anselm’s Catholic Cemetery with Govier Bros. Mortuary of Broken Bow in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be held on Friday Feb. 24, 8 AM to 5 PM at Govier Bros. Mortuary, with a rosary service to be held Friday evening at 7:30 PM at St. Anselm’s Catholic Church in Anselmo. Memorials may be given to the Forest “Jim” Fagan Memorial Fund. Jim was born on October 01, 1927 at Denver, CO to John P. and Ellen C. (Teahon) Fagan. He was married to Ruth Harrold. Jim is survived by his wife Ruth of Anselmo, five daughters: Patricia Fagan of Broken Bow, Cecelia (John) Claybrook of Osage City, KS, Ellen (Warren) Pryor of Ft. Wayne, Indiana, Mary (William) Altig of Newark, TX, and Elizabeth (Ned) Wemhoff of Clarks, NE, one son: James Fagan of Kearney, NE, ten grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. He is also survived by one cousin Arlene Edwards of Rialto, CA. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a daughter Ann Freyer.
