Randy Lichtenberger

Mason City, NE- Randy Jay Lichtenberger age 55 of Mason City died Monday March 12, 2012 at his home in Mason City, NE. Memorial services will be held on Saturday March 17, 2012 at 10:00 AM in Govier Bros. Mortuary in Broken Bow with Rev. John Gosswein officiating. A register book may be signed on Friday at Govier Brothers Mortuary. Memorials may be given to the family. Randy Jay Lichtenberger was born on July 7, 1956 to Jay and Reta (Stithem) Lichtenberger at Broken Bow. In October of 1959 they moved to California. Randy attended grade school at Fellows, CA, and graduated from Taft, CA High School. He worked for Texaco Oil in the oil fields. In the late 1990’s he moved to back to Nebraska. Before he became ill he worked at the Cross Road’s Welding in Miller. Randy is survived by his daughters Misty Larsen of Bakersfield, CA, Brandi Hudson of Taft, CA, and Amber Lichtenberger of Taft, CA, five grandchildren, Mark, Michael, and Morgan Larsen, Alister Hudson and Kelsey Lichtenberger, his father Jay Lichtenberger of Kearney, NE, sisters Debbie Lichtenberger of Kearney, NE, Tammy (John) Hunt of Mason City, NE, and Peggie Lichtenberger of Taylor, NE and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother Reta and a brother Rodney.
