Albert Sherbeck, age 70, of Ansley, Nebraska died Friday June 1, 2012 due to a traffic accident near his home at Ansley, Ne.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday June 6th at 10;30 A.M. at the First Baptist Church in Ansley, Ne with Rev. Bill Ragan officiating. Burial will be in the Ansley Cemetery. Visitation will be Tues June 5th 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Govier Brothers Mortuary in Broken Bow. Memorials may be made to the Ansley Baptist Church or the Ansley United Methodist Church Choir.
Albert F. Sherbeck was born August 29, 1941 in Ansley, Nebraska to Melvin H. and Eileen E. (Hickenbottom) Sherbeck. He lived on the home farm for all 70 years of his life farming and ranching. He married Beverly Armour and to this union 2 children Alvin and Arlene were born.
Albert is survived by his wife Bev Sherbeck of Ansley, Ne. Son Alvin and wife Inger Sherbeck of Perry, Ks. Daughter Arlene and husband Curtis Sheets of Gothenburg, Ne. 5 grandchildren, 2 sister in laws, and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, infant brother, daughter in-law Amy Sherbeck, and Brother in Law Benny Armour.
