Merna, NE- Linda Lee Kettleborough, age 72, of Merna, NE, died Thursday January 3, 2013 at the Jennie Melham Medical Center in Broken Bow. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday January 8, 2013 at 10:30 AM at Govier Bros. Mortuary in Broken Bow with Father Jim Hunt officiating. Burial will be in the Broken Bow Cemetery with Govier Bros. Mortuary of Broken Bow in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be held on Monday 8 AM to 8 PM with the family greeting friends 6 PM to 7 PM at Govier Bros. Mortuary in Broken Bow. Memorials may be given to the Merna Rescue Unit. Linda Lee Kettleborough was born on November 19, 1940 at Broken Bow, NE to Herbert Sr. and Wilma (Lindly) Switzer. She graduated from Anselmo High School. Linda worked for over 30 Years at the Becton Dickinson Company in Broken Bow. Linda is survived by her children: Debbie (Richard) York of Lincoln, NE, LeAnn (Scott) Weaver of Tulsa, OK, and Tim (Julie) Kettleborough of Hastings, NE, grandchildren: Brandi, Dustin, Mitchell, Ammie, Ashly, Katie, and Amanda, great grandchildren: Kinzee, Kelsie, Katilyn, Audrey, Bradyn, and Mason, and one sister Jeannie (Bob) Young of Broken Bow. She was preceded in death by her parents, and three brothers; Richard, Herbert Jr. and William Switzer.
