Anselmo, NE- Lila R. Bolen, age 91 of Anselmo, NE, died Saturday October 19, 2013 at the Jennie Melham Medical Center in Broken Bow. Private family services will be held at the Fort McPherson National Cemetery at Maxwell, NE. Govier Bros. Mortuary of Broken Bow is in charge of the arrangements. A register book may be signed at Govier Bros. Mortuary. Lila Ruby Bolen was born on June 1, 1922 at Finchville, NE to Fred and Nancy (Barcus) Halouska. She was married to Edward Bolen on April 26, 1952 in California. Mr. Bolen died in 2011. Lila is survived by her daughter Cecelia Sue (Robert) Ray of Cheyenne, WY, 1 grandson David E. Ray, and one great granddaughter Alexis Ray. She was preceded in death by her husband Edward, 8 brothers and 7 sisters.
