Loyd was a man who dearly loved his family, and enjoyed his grandchildren, as well as his great grandchildren. On April 1, 1954, Loyd proposed to Esther in the Garden of the Gods. They were married on April 27th, 1954. Loyd attended Trade School at Milford, NE, pursuing his interests in Auto Mechanics. This education was used and applied almost to the end of his life. He ran his own business for over 45 years. He greatly enjoyed doing business with his numerous customers. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Esther Pracht.
