Dorothy L. Myers age 92, of Eddyville, Ne died Friday July 18th 2014 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney, Ne. Funeral services will be held Tuesday July 22, 2014 at 10;30 A.M. at the Burr Oak Church with Rev. David Harder officiating. Burial will be in the Box Elder Cemetery near Cumro. Visitation will be Monday July 21 at Govier Brothers Mortuary in Broken Bow from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. with family greeting friends 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. A memorial has been established for the Burr Oak Church or Homeward Trail Bible Camp. Survivors include a son Kent (Bonnie) Myers of Eddyville, daughter Peggy Jo Myers of Lincoln, Ne, son Tom (Barbara) Myers of Eddyville, and daughter Susan (Tom) Parrent of Normal, Illinois. 9 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren. Sisters Maxine Young of Portland, Or, Isabel Kinney of North Platte, Ne. brothers Clarence Maupin of Scottsbluff, Ne., Wayne Maupin of Venago, Ne., and Wendell Maupin of Loveland, Co. Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband Morris, 1 sister Roberta, 1 brother Bob, and 3 brothers-in-law.
