Kenneth Raymond Neville, 60 The “BEST” metal fabricator and loving family man. Ken Neville, 60, was killed in a motorcycle accident Sunday, July 27th outside of Broken Bow, NE. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 31st at 2:00pm at the Municipal Building in Broken Bow. Family requesting casual/jeans/motorcycle apparel. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 30th from 8:00-8:00 at Govier Brother’s Mortuary in Broken Bow, with family visiting 6:00pm-8:00pm. Ken was born April, 2 1954 in York, Nebraska to Ray and Barbara (Kaliff) Neville. In 1972, he graduated from Centura High School in Cairo NE. Later married his best friend, Janice Marie (Ford) Neville in Wood River, NE on September 20, 1975. He started his welding career at Baasch and Son in Cairo Ne. Then later worked at Bill Baasch Welding in Grand Island NE. Moving to the Broken Bow area in 1976 working for Sargent Irrigation and later as a welding supervisor at Sargent Pipe. He started his own welding business, “Ken Neville Welding” in 1996. Ken was one of the best metal fabricators and welders in the business, as his many customers would attest to. He had a knack for doing any type of welding work and creating something out of nothing, including EXPLOSIVES. He very much loved spending time with his family and friends. One of his favorite past times was riding his motorcycle with his loving wife and making trips to Sturgis, SD. He is survived by his wife Janice Neville of Broken Bow, his father Ray Neville, his daughters, Angie (Neville) Bickford of Arnold NE, April Neville of Kearney NE, and Christina (Neville) Sprecher and her husband Cameron of Harrisburg, SD. Also survived by his seven grandchildren, Casey Bickford, Nicole Bickford, Dallas Neville, Dakota Neville, Haley Neville, Caleb Sprecher, and Caitlyn Sprecher. He is also survived by his brothers, Jim (Carola) Neville of Broomfield, CO, Tom Neville of Broken Bow, NE. He is also survived by his sisters, Cheryl Nelson of Longmont, CO, Teresa Holland of Lincoln NE, Barb (Tim) Malm of Holdrege NE, Pat (Mark) Van Pelt of Dannebrog NE, Pam (Dennis) Prichard of Lincoln NE. Also survived by mother-in-law, Sally Ford (Ken) Munsinger of Cairo, NE, sister-in-law, Sharon (Marv) Van Dyke of Grand Island, NE and Jim (Louise) Ford of Cairo, NE and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Neville, father-in-law, James Ford, brother-in-law, Frank Holland, and very good friend, Martin Fisher.
