Donald Lee Whiteman, age 70 of Broken Bow, Ne. died Saturday February 7th at his home in Broken Bow. Funeral services will be held Thursday February 12 at 10:30 a.m. in the United Methodist Church in Broken Bow with Pastor Todd Karges officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday February 11 9 a.m. to 8 pm. at Govier Brothers Mortuary in Broken Bow with family greeting friends 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Burial will be in the Broken Bow Cemetery with Military Rites. Donald is survived by his wife Lois Whiteman of Broken Bow, daughters Sheri Brown of Broken Bow, and Teri Whiteman of Broken Bow. 8 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, 1 step sister, and 1 sister in law Mary Duryea of Broken Bow. Donnie was preceded in death by his parents, and two step brothers.
