Harold Davis

Harold E. Davis, age 93 of Wood River, Nebraska formerly of Broken Bow, Nebraska, died Tuesday December 15, 2015 at the Good Samaritan Society in Wood River after a long battle with Alzheimer’s. Funeral Services will be held Saturday December 19th 2015 at 1 p.m. at the Govier Brothers Chapel in Broken Bow with Rev. Darrell Holzinger officiating. Burial will be in the Broken Bow Cemetery with military rites. Visitation will be Friday December 18th 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Govier Brothers in Broken Bow. Memorials may be made to the Good Samaritan Society in Wood River. Harold was born on May 15, 1922 to Tiffan H. land mary E (Thoubaugh) Davis. He was married to Faye Douglas on June 8th, 1947 in Broken Bow, NE. Harold is survived by his 2 children, daughter Kathleen (Elmer) Feldotto of Grand Island, Ne., and son Keith Davis of Wood River. Grandson Anthony Heffelfinger of Eagle, Ne., and 3 great grandsons Andrew, Anthony Jr., and Ashton. a brother Marvin Davis of Montana, sister Nadine Wolfe of Oregon, and many nieces and nephews. Harold was preceded in death by his parents, wife Faye, 3 brothers, and 4 sisters.
