Susana Guerrero

. Susana Nova Guerrero age 83 of Kearney formerly of Broken Bow, died Wednesday October 5, 2016 at the St. John’s Nursing Home in Kearney.   Funeral services will be held on Tuesday October 11, 2016 at 10:30 AM at Govier Brothers Mortuary in Broken Bow with Father Jim Hunt officiating.  Burial will be in the St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery in Broken Bow.  Visitation will be held on Monday, 8 AM to 8 PM at Govier Brothers Mortuary.  Memorials are suggested to the Ascera Care Hospice.   Susana was born on August 11, 1933 at Elgin, Illinois to Abelino and Carmen (Sierra) Hernandez.  She was married to Frank Nova on May 22, 1954.  They later divorced.  She was then married to John Guerrero on December 11, 1982.    Susana is survived by her three daughters; Susan (Bud) Eberle of Broken Bow, Cindy (Jim) Adams of Anselmo, and Carmen (Pat) Keslar of Hyannis, a son; David (Mary) Nova of Kearney, 7 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, a brother; Anatolio Escutia of Laredo, Mexico, and two sisters;  Delores Huerta of Kearney and Lupe Rhodehorst of Kearney.   She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband John Guerrero.
