Roy W. "Bill" Lichtenberger

Funeral services for Roy W. “Bill” Lichtenberger age 75 of Callaway, NE will be held on Saturday December 10, 2016 at 10:00 AM at the St. Boniface Catholic Church.  Burial will be at a later date in the Nebraska Veterans Cemetery at Alliance, NE.  A wake service will be held on Friday evening at 6:30 PM at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Callaway. Masonic Rites by Custer Lodge #148 will be held Friday evening at the church following the wake service.  Memorials are suggested to the Twin Cities Shriners Hospital for Children.   Govier Brothers Mortuary of Broken Bow is in charge of the arrangements.    Bill is survived by his wife Charldene “Dee” Lichtenberger of Callaway, a son Troy (Lee) Lichtenberger of Huntsville, Alabama, a daughter Debbie Schaaf of Grand Island, two step sons; Monte (Pamela) Dakan of Kearney, and Michael (Eileen) Dakan of Kearney, 10 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, 3 sisters; Shirley Pierce of Oconto, Betty Sergun of Arnold, and Gladys Spangler of Callaway.   He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother George and a sister Mary Jane.
