Broken Bow- Alan Daily age 67 of Broken Bow died Thursday May 13, 2010 at the Mary Lanning Medical Center in Hastings, NE. Memorial services will be held Monday May 17, 2010 at 2:00 PM at the Our Saviour Lutheran Church in Broken Bow with Minister Kathy Salts officiating. A register book may be signed on Sunday May 16, 2010 1 PM to 6 PM at Govier Bros. Mortuary. Interment will be in the Heritage Memorial Gardens in Broken Bow at a later date. Memorials have been established to the family. Alan Doyle Daily was born June 2, 1942 to James T. and Thelma M. (Dressan) Daily at Milburn, NE. Alan served in the US Army, 1964 to 1966, and served for 22 years in the Nebraska National Guard. He was married to Michaelynn Fenton on April 19, 1969 at Grand Island, NE. Alan is survived by his wife Michaelynn “Mickey” Daily of Broken Bow, daughter Renee Daily of St. Paul, and a son Shawn Daily of Lincoln. He is also survived by his sister Janet Hennings of Custer, South Dakota and his brother Lee (Judy) Daily of Hastings, NE. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Doug Daily and brother in law Don Hennings.
