Dickey, Howard E., age 75, of Anselmo, Nebraska died Sunday July 4, 2010 at the Great Plains Regional Medical Center in North Platte. Funeral services will be Friday July 9th at 10:00 a.m. at Saint Anselms Catholic Church in Anselmo with Father Jim Hunt officiating. Burial will be in the Saint Anselms Cemetery at Anselmo, Ne. Visitation will be Thursday July 8th from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Govier Brothers Mortuary in Broken Bow with a Christian Wake Service at 6 p.m. at Saint Anselms Catholic Church in Anselmo. Howard was born on April 20, 1935 to Oscar and Wilma (Keane) Dickey at Hemmingford, NE. He was married to Howard is survived by 2 daughters Kim and husband Ed Winters of Weatherford, Tx., and Diane Downey of Tazewell, Virginia. A son Greg and wife Angie Dickey of Imperial, Ne., 8 grandchildren Atasia Winters, Zach and Lori Winters, Christopher Downey, Brent and Nikki Downey, Ryan Downey, Nichole Dickey, Adam Dickey, and Jeffrey Dickey. 5 sisters Cleone Dickey of Broken Bow, Ne., Vivian Dickey of Broken Bow, Ne., Delores (Tom) Featherston of Anselmo, Ne., Wanda (Greg) Nielsen of Valentine, Ne., and Norma Dickey of Lincoln, Ne., 1 brother Gene (Ardyce) Dickey of Cozad, Ne., 3 sister-in-laws Pat Dickey of Grand Island, Ne., Marie Dickey of Omaha, Ne., Karen (Gerald) Hunt of Grand Island, Ne., and brother-in-law Richard (Lelia) Shultz of Tok, Alaska Howard was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and two brothers Alvin, and Dallas. i
