Broken Bow- Phillip K. Gardner age 83 of Broken Bow died Wednesday October 6, 2010 at the Golden Living Center in Broken Bow. Funeral services will be held Saturday October 9, 2010 at 10:00 AM in the First Baptist Church in Broken Bow with Reverend Roger McDermott officiating. Burial will be in the Broken Bow Cemetery. Govier Bros. Mortuary of Broken Bow is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be held Friday 8 AM to 8 PM at Govier Bros. Mortuary. Memorials have been established to the 1st Baptist Church Building Fund, the Veterans Memorial or the Custer County Historical Society. Phillip Keith Gardner was born September 9, 1927 at Broken Bow, Nebraska to Harley H. and Carmen (Kellenbarger) Gardner. Phillip is survived by many cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother Richard.
