Bill Burt

William “Bill” Richard Burt age 83 of the Oshkosh area passed away November 14, 2021, at the Community Memorial Health Center in Burwell, NE.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 20, 2021, at 10:30 a.m. MT at the United Methodist Church in Mullen, NE with Pastor John Parsons officiating. Burial will be in the Cedarview Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Alzheimer’s Research. Govier Brothers Mortuary of Broken Bow/Arnold/Mullen are in charge of arrangements. Bill was born January 27, 1938, in Comstock, NE to Cecil Raymond Burt, Sr and Clarice Alice (Tabor) Burt.

Bill is survived by daughter Lorinda Price of Omaha, son Raymond Burt of David City, stepsons Gerald Henry of Omaha, and David Henry of Omaha, eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and a brother Cecil Burt of Broken Bow.

Bill was preceded in death by parents Cecil and Clarice Burt, Sr, wife Francis, sister Alyce Finney, brother Oscar Burt, and son Brian Burt of his previous marriage.
