Brenda Sheets

Brenda Sheets age 53 of Broken Bow, NE passed away March 3, 2025, at the CHI Health Good Samaritan in Kearney, NE.

A visitation and time to greet the family will be held on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, from 3:00 to 5:00 PM at Govier Brothers Mortuary in Broken Bow, NE. Memorials are suggested to the Broken Bow Police Department to purchase food for dogs and cats in the animal shelter.

Brenda Lea Sheets was born in Mullen, NE on August 29, 1971, to Bernard and Dora Dean (Mathauser) Sheets. Brenda grew up in Dunning and graduating from Dunning High School. She attended Chadron State College for one year. Brenda worked in Arnold, North Platte, and now in Broken Bow. Brenda worked at the Sale Barn and the Smoke Shack.

Brenda loved all of her animals and enjoyed cooking. She was a caring person and would help anyone in need.

Brenda is survived by her siblings Dan, Bill (Kim), Joe, Bernadean, Lucille (Paul), and Layce, and many nieces and nephews.

Brenda was preceded in death by her parents.
