Carmine was married to Jerry Fay October 23, 2021, to this union was born Aaron, Brandon Johnson, Melissa Fay.
Carmine attend school at Buhl, ID, where she graduated, after high school Carmine unlisted in the Army and served from July 11, 1991, to October 29, 1991.
Carmine was a nurse’s aide and cook at the Pioneer Memorial Nursing Home. She loved her horses.
Carmine was preceded in death by her grandparents Don and Esther Johnson, and Eva L Phelps, aunts Elizabeth Phelps, Julie Phelps, and Robin Thiel, uncle Lod Hayes, In-laws Bernard and Dianna Fay, and Woody Sheffield.
Carmine is survived by her husband Jerry Fay of Mullen, mother Gladys Sexton of Mullen, father David (Fran) Johnson, sons Aaron Johnson, Brandon Johnson, daughter Melissa (T.J.)Fay, grandson Colton, brothers Craig Johnson, and Kevin (Kathryn) Johnson, sister Kathryn (Tony) Johnson, uncles and aunts William Thiel, Jim (Vicki) Thiel, Ivan Phelps, Iris Hayes, Irvin Phelps, Irma (Mark) Eggleston, sisters-in-law Amy Kratzer and Karla (Tim) Potter, and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Thursday, January 6, 2022, at 10:00 am MT at the Assembly of God Church in Mullen, NE with Pastor Ben Hart officiating. Burial will be in the Sand Valley Cemetery near Callaway. Memorials are suggested to the Pioneer Memorial Nursing Home. A visitation will take place on Wednesday, January 5th from 4:00 to 7:00 pm MT at the Govier Brothers Mortuary/Mullen Funeral Home in Mullen.
