Cindy White

Lincoln, NE- Cindy White age 59 of Lincoln formerly of Broken Bow died Monday January 8, 2018 at the St. Elizabeth Hospital in Lincoln. Funeral services will be held on Saturday January 13, 2018 at 10:30 AM at Govier Brothers Mortuary in Broken Bow with Pastor Bob Gannon officiating.  Burial will be in the Broken Bow Cemetery.  A visitation will be held on Friday 9 AM to 8 PM with the family greeting friends Friday evening 5 PM to 8 PM.  Cindy was born on November 17, 1958 at Broken Bow to Vernon Frank and Arlene (Schmidt) White.  Cindy graduated from Broken Bow High School in 1977.  She later moved to Lincoln where she worked for General Dynamics for 30 years. Cindy enjoyed cooking for her family, gardening and her animals.  She also enjoyed going to the Blues Fest with her brother Dennis. She is survived by her mother Arlene White of Broken Bow, and sisters; Elaine (Larry) Gimpel of Aurora, NE and Delores Hanson of Cosmos, MN.  She is also survived by a sister-in-law Connie White of Lincoln. She was preceded in death by her father, and a brother Dennis White.
