Lois Haskell

Lois Haskell age 72 of Taylor formerly of the Anselmo area, died Thursday December 7, 2017 at the Jennie Melham Medical Center in Broken Bow.   Graveside services will be held on Monday December 11, 2017 at 11:00 AM at the Merna Cemetery at Merna, NE with Pastor Bill Williams officiating.  Memorials are suggested to the family. A visitation will be held on Sunday December 10, 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Govier Brothers Mortuary in Broken Bow.   Lois Irene Haskell was born on December 29, 1944 at Stapleton, NE to William Melvin and Nina (Reynolds) Wilcox.  She grew up in the Stapleton and Arnold area.    Lois is survived by her children; Bryan Haskell of Anselmo, Terry Haskell of Anselmo, Carol (Blake) Carpenter of Axtell, KS, Sherry (Jade) Clements of Taylor and Jeremy (Emily) Haskell of Merna.  She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; Nicole Haskell of Anselmo, David Haskell of Anselmo, Michael Carpenter of Humboldt, NE, Brice Carpenter of Lincoln, NE, Lindsay Carpenter of Concordia, KS, Austin Carpenter of Axtell, KS, Natalee Haskell of Merna, Jett Clements of Taylor, Emma Clements of Taylor,  and 5 great grandchildren.   Lois was preceded in death by her parents (William Melvin and Nina Wilcox)  her husband Glenn June, two sons Billy Wilcox and Steven Haskell, and a daughter Glenda Haskell, granddaughter Jessica Haskell.
