Broken Bow, NE- Paula R. Page age 61 of Broken Bow passed away on December 1, 2023, at the Kearney Regional Medical Center surrounded by friends and family.

Paula Rae Page was born on March 16, 1962, in Broken Bow, NE to Paul and Charlene (Haith) Page.  She attended school in Broken Bow and graduated from Broken Bow High School in 1980.  After high school, Paula attended Joseph’s Beauty School in Lincoln.  Paula lived in Lincoln for a while after her schooling before returning to Broken Bow.  

Paula worked as a hairdresser in Broken Bow.  She also worked at the Jack-n-Jill Grocery Store for many years.  Paula enjoyed gardening, canning, camping, and bowling on Friday nights. Her greatest joy in life was her daughter Kaleigh. She did everything that she could to support her.  She loved her friends and family fiercely and was always there in whatever capacity she could be.

Paula is survived by her daughter Kaleigh Page of Lincoln, a granddaughter Keisley Page of Lincoln, a special friend Dennis Bain of Eddyville, her sisters Joyce Dangler of Loup City and Ronda (Frank) Rodriguez of Wyoming, nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.  

Paula was preceded in death by her parents.

Celebration of Life services will be held on Thursday, December 7, 2023, at 10:30 AM at Govier Brothers Mortuary in Broken Bow with Pastor Rick Johnson officiating.  Burial will be in the Broken Bow Cemetery.  A visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 6, from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM with the family greeting friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Govier Brothers Mortuary.  Memorials are suggested to the family.  Online condolences can be left at www.govierbrothers.com
