Ronald Loudon

Ronald Loudon age 74 of Thedford, NE passed away June 23, 2022, at his home in Thedford, NE. Ronald Verne Loudon was born May 26, 1948, in Valentine, NE to Verne E. and Donna F. (Smith) Loudon. Ronald grew up on the Loudon Ranch. He attended Calf Creek School and graduated from Thedford High School. May 14, 1968, Ronald joined the Navy until September 18, 1969. After the Navy Ronald moved around living in Broken Bow, Indianapolis, and then returning to Thedford. Ronald was self-employed as a mechanic. He enjoyed working on old tractors with his Uncle Gene, and Harley Davidson motorcycles. Ronald is survived by a son Vernon Loudon of Grand Island, a daughter Brandy Loudon of Indianapolis, six granddaughters, two great grandchildren, a sister Sydney Michelson, several nieces, and nephews. Ronald was preceded in death by his parents Verne and Donna. Ronald will be laid to rest July 15, 2022, at 11:00 am at Fort McPherson National Cemetery in Maxwell, NE with Military Honors.
