Russ enjoyed spending time with all his family. He taught his son Justin how to hunt and fish. He enjoyed teaching his son math equations with special sound effects. His nieces and nephews thought he was the best tickle monster. He always had tootsie pops close by. Dawn Bishop, his special friend, came into his life 4 years ago.
